Agent Access allows KCRAR members to provide buyers with a unique service in which buyers can access the property description and list price when they drive by a Kansas City area property with a real estate “For Sale” sign in the yard. When an agent subscribes to the service, they register their client/prospect by using the buyer’s mobile phone number allowing the buyer to access the service. Agent Access Order Form.

IDX - Add a Listing Search to your Website
Give prospects a reason to visit your website and create repeat visitors. Your web visitors will be able to search most listings that are in the Heartland MLS. They can search by city, zip, subdivision, school district, and more. KCRAR offers a deeply discounted “IDX” solution through SearchPoint, starting at $27.50. Turnkey Website with IDX Listings
This is a great service for KCRAR members that do not have a website that includes IDX listings and are looking for a quality website solution that help capture leads.
For as little as $32.50 a month, you can have your own professional website that has content for buyers and sellers, school reports, calculators, property search, displays your own listings without manually adding to your site, and much, much, more. The property search tool allows your website visitors to save listings and searches, and have new listings automatically emailed to them when they hit the market. The website product offers many designs and the ability for you to add your own content and pages if desired.

Quick Contract Online
This web-based software incorporates all KCRAR standard forms and contracts. Add buyer’s or seller’s information once and Quick Contract Online will complete all the corresponding contracts and docs. Amend, add addendums, counter, email, and print as often as you like while producing crystal clear contracts. Service is billed to your credit card monthly at $11.50 each month. To order, click on “Forms”. Existing members: You are eligible for a 30-day free trial of Quick Contract. You will be asked to provide credit card information, but you will not be billed until the 31st day; cancel by Day 30, and you will not be charged at all.
ZipForm Desktop & ZipForm Online
ZipForm is one of the two KCRAR-authorized products approved for use with the Association's forms and contracts. It is the official forms software of the National Association of REALTORS® and the nation's number one provider of standardized electronic real estate forms. The ZipForm products available to KCRAR members contain all of the current KCRAR standardized forms.
Members may choose either ZipForm's Desktop or Online version for $129.85 per year. Special bundled pricing for both the Desktop version and the Online version is $179.90 per year.
